Talent Scheme
The Overseas Artistic Talent Visa is initiated and supported by organizations such as the National Arts Council to help outstanding foreign artists in their respective fields obtain Singapore PR. Leveraging their global influence, these talents contribute to Singapore's cultural and artistic landscape.
This immigration scheme encompasses fields such as dance, music, theater, literary arts, traditional arts, fine arts, visual arts, design, and media-related technical expertise.
Application Conditions
Applicants must meet all of the following four conditions:
- Applicants must possess relevant qualifications and education in their professional field of practice.
- Applicants must have outstanding achievements in their field of expertise.
- Applicants must have a feasible plan to contribute to the arts and culture scene in Singapore.
- Applicants must have made significant contributions to the cultural and artistic sectors in Singapore, including playing a key role in local industry activities.
(NAC requires three months for review before submitting to immigration authorities)
